Zachary Willens
Principal
Zachary Willens began his career working in the oil and gas fields around Tyler, Texas. Over the course of 14 years, he explored and produced hydrocarbons across five continents, contributing to the development of several multi-billion-dollar assets. During his seven-year tenure at Rice Energy in Pennsylvania, Zach and his team transformed the company from a small startup into an industry leader, growing the workforce by more than 250 employees in four years. As head of the drilling department, he managed a $1 million-per-day budget and leveraged cutting-edge technologies to revolutionize shale development, drilling some of the most productive land-based wells in North America. He played a pivotal role in Rice Energy’s IPO and its successful divestiture in 2017.
Transitioning to real estate development, Zach has applied his extensive experience to navigate the complexities of finance, acquisition, entitlement, engineering, and operations, developing properties in both Pennsylvania and Texas. As a principal at ACC, Zach now focuses on strategic vision and corporate structure, ensuring the company is primed for sustainable growth and seamless expansion.
A devoted family man, Zach resides in the Hill Country with his wife -whom he fondly calls his “better 7/8ths” - and their three children. A lifelong dog lover, he has raised and trained English setters, and now commutes daily with his faithful companion, Moose, the Yorkie. When not in the office, Zach enjoys hiking in the western U.S. and fishing the Highland Chain of Lakes.
Seth Phillips
Principal
With over 17 years of upper-level project management experience, Seth Phillips has established a proven track record in client relations, contract negotiation, estimating, and comprehensive project oversight. His expertise spans both tenant improvement and ground-up construction projects, managing developments ranging from 2,000 to 100,000 square feet, with project values reaching up to $15 million.
Seth is a certified project manager, bringing a high level of proficiency to every phase of construction, from due diligence and entitlement to financing, contractor selection, and project close-out. His clients trust him for his in-depth knowledge of estimating, constructibility review, contract management, and cost control.
Before transitioning into the private sector, Seth served as a logistics and supply specialist with the United States Coast Guard (USCG) based in Chattanooga, TN. His diverse background, hands-on leadership, and meticulous attention to detail make him a driving force in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Seth resides in the Hill Country with his wife, three children and two dogs.

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Rudy Torres has built a reputation as a highly effective and detail-oriented construction superintendent. His extensive career spans a wide range of projects, from commercial developments to large-scale industrial builds, where he has consistently delivered quality results while ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
Throughout his career, Rudy has overseen all phases of construction, from pre-construction planning to final close-out, working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless coordination. His ability to manage complex construction operations, combined with his strong leadership and communication skills, has earned him the trust and respect of his colleagues and clients alike.
Known for his problem-solving abilities and commitment to safety, Rudy ensures that every project runs smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship. His two decades of hands-on experience make him an invaluable asset to any construction project, driving successful outcomes from start to finish.
